Isabella likes bananas. Isabella also likes strawberries, grapes, doritoes, almonds, peanuts, wheat bread, cauliflower, watermellon…pretty much anything I eat, she’ll eat.
Tomorrow I’m making her a smoothie.
Dh I ran 8.24 miles today with one of my running buddies. It started off with three of us but Don turned back at the 3 mile mark. Nelson & I continued into Ft. Pulaski and then back. Today was another rough run for me. I was still hurting from Tuesday’s speed training. Also, I [...] I like this Pinot. It’s nice & dry with little aftertaste. I like wine for it’s taste & for the way it compliments a meal, -not to get drunk…that’s what maddog 20/20 is for-ha! I [...] And yet, though we strain All life is being lived. Who is living it, then? Is it the winds blowing over the waters? Is it flowers I used the force today that lit the way in the dark for me. I still ran into trees, though -but I didn’t step on any crabs! Well, maybe I stepped on two crabs, darn it! Today was my first official speed training. It sucked big time. I hurt during the training and I hurt right [...] This is very cool… I caught a possom about twenty minutes ago in my backyard and, I let it go at the side of my yard. I heard Isabella barking like crazy outside. So, I stepped out to bring her in. After all, it was around 10:30pm and I don’t want Isabella to disturb my neighbors. Any way, that [...] Isabella yawns. This is boring can we go now?
dh 10/26/2009 I ran 4.32 miles today, on and off the rtt. The temperature felt pleasant but believe or not, I forgot to check what the temp and humidity was during my run. It was breezy and cool. Take my word for it…please. I would not lie to you. At least, not yet. Let me get to [...] |
