Isabella likes bananas.
Isabella also likes strawberries, grapes, doritoes, almonds, peanuts, wheat bread, cauliflower, watermellon…pretty much anything I eat, she’ll eat.
Tomorrow I’m making her a smoothie.

I ran 8.24 miles today with one of my running buddies. It started off with three of us but Don turned back at the 3 mile mark. Nelson & I continued into Ft. Pulaski and then back. Today was another rough run for me. I was still hurting from Tuesday’s speed training. Also, I [...] I like this Pinot. It’s nice & dry with little aftertaste.
