I ran 9.56 miles in Thunderbolt (where I live) with my vibram 5 fingers. That was an experience. My pinky toe on my right foot still aches. The toenail on that pinky is totally black. Video this is funny one head light Today after work I ran 4.33 miles from the Wendy’s parking lot on highway & Johnny Mercer over the Bull River bridge to the end of the old highway going to Tybee to the Rails and back to the parking lot. Funny thing is that I did not want to run nor workout this evening. The weather was ideal, 71 degrees and very windy which helped keep me cool. I didn’t have any stomach problems today like I did yesterday and the last time I ran over five miles.
