The Dairy Farm My world was changed in May of 2008. That was a difficult month. That was a difficult year. I do not want to focus on the year, though. That’s not what I want to write about. What I do want to write about is my discovery of the Dairy Farm which happened [...] Me and My VFF's Ok, today after work I cruised over to the dairy farm, parked my car, stretched and ran from there. My run took me up Larkin Ave to Delaware until I reached Bonaventure st and then, I hung a louie. I followed Bonaventure to Mechanics ave to Victory and hung another louie. [...] Just after my 8.38 mile run Gosh, it seems like forever since I last wrote an entry in my running blog. Well, to be honest, I haven’t run much this month. So far this month I’ve logged only 18.33 miles running. That is not good at all. Why am I running so little these days? [...] The canal at the dairy farm I’m at the dairy on a beautiful Sunday morning with Isabella. My vff’d feet are dangling below me as I sit on a concrete wall that crosses the canal that is adjacent to the bonaventure cemetery. There seems to be a symphony of birds taking place at the dairy [...] Moon at the dairy farm I did not run after work today like I had initially intended to. The moment I stepped outside the motivation to run evaporated into thin air. I watched a 2d animation piece on running which I love and I posted on the previous blog entry but that didn’t do the [...] good coffee Going to the gym can be so boring. I really do not have anything exciting to write about. At this particular moment I do not even know what to really write about. Should I write about my ab workout? Should I write about the nasty, chilly, rainy weather outside? Should I talk about [...]

Even Texas, my cat, is sleeping. There must be a sleeping virus [...] Grace playing "guess who" with my mom Its tough. Its tough working keeping an exercise regiment when shopping for a home, a freak snow fall in Savannah and spending quality time with family that was in town for the weekend. I managed the house hunting and family time well but the exercising suffered greatly. Isabella [...] Today’s blog has nothing to do with running. Its about pictures…pictures of things and places that matter to me. This is Texas resting on my computer chair in my home office as I exercise on my elliptical trainer.
