Its tough working keeping an exercise regiment when shopping for a home, a freak snow fall in Savannah and spending quality time with family that was in town for the weekend. Totally crazy. seriously, what [...] Today was soggy and cold and just a nasty day to be outdoors. I ran anyway. I ran 9.56 miles in Thunderbolt (where I live) with my vibram 5 fingers.
