I really hate blisters but I like art & vff’s
Posted on February 9, 2010 | No CommentsMy left heel is still tender from the blisters I got from running a half marathon this weekend with my vff’s. I really hate blisters. They sure can ruin a workout, eh? They suck. I did 45 minutes on my elliptical this evening while watching...
